A: No, as attempts to remove labels risk damage to the box and may affect resale. Labels on the items we purchase are professionally removed and disposed of according to the most strict privacy measures.

Q: How do I submit the items I would like to sell?

Q: How will I know what items you will offer a payment for?
A: Once we receive your order submission, we will put together a personalized quote taking into account the type and number of items, expiration dates, and item condition. You will receive your quote the same business day via email.

Q: I received my quote, now what?
A: Many of our customers are local, so we can provide pickup for surrounding areas. If you prefer to package and ship your items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ship your items to us with a designated carrier.

Q: How are payments handled?
A: Local pickups include prompt, on-site payment. If shipping your items, payments are typically processed within one business day after your package is received and inspected.
