A: No, as attempts to remove labels risk damage to the box and may affect resale. Labels on the items we purchase are professionally removed and disposed of according to the most strict privacy and compliance measures.

A: Many of our customers are local, so we can provide pickup for surrounding areas. If you prefer to package and ship your items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ship your items to us with a designated carrier.

A: Local pickups include prompt, on-site payment. If shipping your items, payments are typically processed within one business day after your package is received and inspected.
